It depends on size, structure and finishes. After a free site visit, Ben gives you a line-item estimate so you can see exactly where the money goes before you commit.

Yes. We prepare the drawings and engineering, submit to the city, respond to plan check comments and schedule every inspection.
Can we live in the house during construction?
For most additions and remodels, yes. We plan the work in phases and keep the site clean and safe every day.
